Mercedes Benz Light Commercial Vehicles (LCVs)
Mercedes-Benz is well established in the LCV marketplace having produced good quality, well built Vans for many years now. Their popular Sprinter has now been supplemented with a raft of other models to fill every market segment to provide a premium alternative wherever possible. Build quality and performance are, apparently, more important than payload which is whilst they are good vans they are rarely class topping for load-luggers looking to put as much in as possible.
Below you can find our reviews of the Mercedes-Benz Van range.
The Citan is Mercedes latest addition to their range, being a small – medium sized courier van designed to compete with the likes of the Citroen Nemo, VW Caddy and car derived vans such as the FiestaVan up to the Citroen Berlingo, Ford Courier and the like.
The Vito is Mercedes mid-sized van and a strong competitor to the likes of the Citroen Dispatch, Vauxhall Vivaro, VW Transporter and increasingly popular Ford Transit Custom, among others.
The stalwart Mercedes Sprinter needs no introduction. Sharing the same layout, chassis etc with the VW Caddy, this is a good strong van with powerful and frugal engines to boot. The Sprinter may not have the best payload capacity, however it is strong and delivers performance even when fully laden and you know it will go on and on and on.

The Sprinter Chassis Cab and Drop-Side also provide plenty of versatility to provide all manner of custom bodies to suit businesses individual needs.
